2nd – Jeannie Jolley

Hello! I am Jeannie Jolley and am so blessed to once again be a teacher at St. Ann Catholic School.  I previously taught Fourth grade but now have the wonderful pleasure of teaching Second grade!  I was born and raised in Pennsylvania but relocated here after I got out of the Air Force.  I have lived in Alabama since 1993.  I received my Bachelor’s Degree in 1999 from Athens State University, Athens, Alabama.  I moved back to Pennsylvania for five years in 2012 to be with my parents.  It was time well spent in Pennsylvania because I could spend quality time with my parents that I will always cherish, but also because I obtained my Master’s Degree with a Reading Specialist Certificate from Mansfield University, Mansfield, PA.  I love strengthening my relationship with God every day as well as reading everything I can about Heaven and the afterlife.  I love to read, scrapbook, cross stitch, watch football and hockey.  I also play hockey but not because great, just because it is a great time.  I especially love teaching and get chills when I hear my students say “Oh, I get it!!!”  I have three boys that are all amazing in their own unique way.  They are 27, 23, and 13 years of age.

My favorite Bible verse is:  Philippians 4:13 “I can do all this through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
